Schedule a Pickup Instructions

As a courtesy, pickup fees will be covered with every LampMaster mail-back recycling kit. Pickups are not guaranteed and may be unavailable at some locations. LM Kits can be always be dropped off at the nearest UPS or FedEx Location.

  • FedEx Pickups will need one return tracking number and can be scheduled by choosing ‘Schedule FedEx Pickup’.
  • UPS Pickups will need LampMaster’s UPS account# and zip code. The UPS Account# can be found on the return label as the first 6 alphanumeric digits following ‘1Z’ in the tracking number. For example, the account# is AB1234 for tracking# 1ZAB12347856901234. The UPS Account Zip Code is ‘45240’. See below for more detailed instructions, or continue to ‘Schedule UPS Pickup’.

Save your Pickup Reference#. Any communications regarding a pickup must be addressed with UPS/FedEx. LampMaster will not schedule a pickup on behalf of a customer and will not contact UPS/FedEx to inquire why an item was not picked up. LampMaster should only be contacted regarding a pickup if a return label is invalid or a pickup is refused due to mislabeling or packaging issue.

Step 1

  • Do you have pre-printed UPS Shipping Labels? Select “Yes”.
  • Enter one of your tracking numbers in the box provided.
  • Continue to step 2.

Step 2

  • UPS Account Number: Enter Account# (6 digits following ‘1Z’ in tracking number found on return label).
  • UPS Account Zip Code: Enter 45240.
  • UNCHECK the box for ‘Schedule your On-Call Pickup using this account’s Pickup Location’.
  • Fill in the Company or Name, Address, and Telephone. All fields with the Asterisk ( * )  must be filled out to continue.
  • Continue to step 3.

Step 3

  • Select number of ‘Package(s) in Your Pickup’.
  • Select “UPS Ground“.
  • Does your pickup contain Items that weigh more than 70 lbs.? Select NO.
  • Continue to step 4.

Step 4

  • Pickup Date: Schedule for next day or later. No Same Day Pickups.
  • Choose a pickup time, preferred pickup location, and include any special instructions.
  • Continue to step 5.

Step 5

  • If you would like to receive a Pickup Request Confirmation, expand ‘Show Pickup Notifications’ and enter requested info.
  • Click ‘Next’ to continue to Step 6.

Step 6

  • Please indicate below how you intend to pay any charges for your shipments. Select ‘Bill to your UPS Account Number.’
  • Double check the UPS Account Number and Zip Code for UPS Account.
  • Click ‘Next’ to continue to the last step.

Step 7

  • Double check the pickup time, date, and address then click “Next” to submit the pickup request.
  • Pickup fees are covered by LampMaster. The ‘Total Fees’ displayed in the confirmation will not be charged to your account.
